After spending 20 years serving business owners as a Vice President with major financial institutions in Los Angeles, Chicago, Milwaukee, and Ann Arbor, Tara Litrich realized she was limited in how deeply she could help business owners succeed. She wanted to offer more meaningful, personalized support— in 2025, she founded Emilie Group.

Emilie Group offers business owners complimentary consulting services, to help uncover savings, alternative lending solutions, streamline operations, and regain their time.

Named in Honor of Her Mother, Emilie

Tara’s mother, Emilie, whose passing in 2022 inspired the creation of the business. Emilie’s faith in Jesus, generosity, and resourcefulness shaped Tara’s life and now guide the values of Emilie Group. Each client interaction is rooted in dignity, compassion, and service—qualities Emilie lived out every day.

Carrying Forward a Legacy of Care

Today, Tara continues her mother’s legacy by helping business owners build stability and provide for their families. Beyond her work, she is active in animal rescue, volunteers as a grief facilitator, and mentor’s teenage girls—offering the same compassion her mother gave to others.
